CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. The Policy below govern the relationship between you, the client and us, ZQuad Tour bound by all details contained herein are, to the best of our knowledge, correct and it is in good faith that we have published them.
2. No refund for unutilized nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out.
3. In case of bad weather (storm signals), we can refund entrance fees, ferry tickets (only if it is advised by Cebu Coast Guards). This package is NOT transferable to other person.
4. Complaints must be reported to the hotel / service provider on the spot. ZQuad Tour will not be liable for any compensation for a problem which could be rectified during the client’s stay, has the hotel / ZQuad Tour been aware of it.
5. No refund for all confirmed booking. No refund for No Show or on The Spot cancellation and will also shoulder the damage fees for the accommodations, ferry tickets etc.
6. Refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes or any other natural calamity that may occur.
7. No refund on entrance fees should the guest changed his/her mind not to go to any particular tourist attraction with fees.
8. All Deposit Payment is Non-Refundable.
